Puberty

Puberty is the physical transition from childhood into adulthood. It brings about numerous physical changes in the bodies of boys and girls. Mental and emotional changes also occur and it can be a tumultuous time for teenagers. Severe medical problems with puberty are relatively uncommon, but some disorders commonly occur during the time (e.g. acne, menstrual irregularities, etc.).
