Ring Finger

The ring finger is the second smallest finger of the hand. The ring finger is innervated by two different nerves. Half of the ring finger shares the nerve with the index finger and middle finger. The other half shares a different nerve (the ulnar nerve) with the little finger. Hence, any ring finger nerve symptoms may be shared with the other fingers. For example, a tingling pinky finger will also often cause a tingling ring finger (on half of the ring finger, anyway). Read more about: Fingers, Ring finger symptoms, Finger symptoms, Ulnar nerve
