Capillaries

Capillaries: The smallest blood vessels in the body. A network of capillaries in tissues connects arterioles that bring blood to the tissues with venules that return blood to the heart.

Capillaria: A genus of trichuroid nematodes parasitic in the liver and intestines of many mammals and birds. Two species, C. hepatica and C. philippinensis, produce often fatal infections in man.2
